133 Fire Breaches Found During Fire Compartmentation Survey in Shared Offices

Following a Fire Risk Assessment, this multi-occupancy office building was identified to have multiple fire breaches in the common areas i.e., riser cupboards, corridors and including office locations. We were contacted to carry out an intrusive fire compartmentation survey over a 5-day period.

133 fire breaches were identified over 6 floors including the basement, a comprehensive report with photographic evidence was produced with remedial actions required.
