Meritas offer four flavours of service plans, designed to provide our clients with the best in class support all for a simple monthly payment.

Our customers can choose from the four specially designed plans, Essential, Comprehensive, Premium and Bespoke. Each plan offers it’s own unique benefits and has been tailored to provide the right level of cover based on our customer’s needs. For those customers seeking a plan which can be moulded to their unique requirements, our Bespoke plan offers the ability to customise and fine tune each element.

Customer systems do not need to have been installed by Meritas and we can take over your existing equipment. Furthermore, if you invite us to service at least 3 different systems (Fire Equipment, CCTV, Gates & Barriers and Access Control) we will upgrade you to the next level of service at absolutely no extra cost.


Our Service Plans

Essential

  • Essential Service - One basic inclusive service per annum to comply with industry standards (2 x per annum for fire alarms)

  • Unlimited Telephone Support - Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm

  • Telephone Support Response - Same day by qualified technician

  • One Call-out Visit per annum - 24 hour response to site Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm

  • One 30 minute on-site diagnostic/fault finding/repairs - Up to 30 minutes labour included per call-out visit

  • Discounted Rates - Additional call-out charges charged at £120 per visit and £60 per hour thereafter

  • Materials - All serviceable materials are chargeable at standard rates.

    Prices start from £20 per month per system

Comprehensive

  • Comprehensive Service - One full inclusive service per annum to comply with industry standards (2 x per annum for fire alarms)

  • Service Report - Standard service report provided with Comprehensive Plan.

  • Unlimited Telephone Support - 7 days per week Monday to Sunday 8am to 6pm

  • Telephone Support Response - Within 4 hours by qualified technician

  • Two call-out visits per annum - 12 hour response to site Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm

  • Two 60 minute on-site diagnostic/fault finding/repairs - Up to 30 minutes labour included per inclusive call-out visit

  • Discounted Rates - Additional call out charges charged at £120 per visit and £60 per hour thereafter

  • Discounted Materials - All service consumables are charged at discounted rate of 10%

    Prices start from £40 per month per system

Premium

  • Premium Service - One full inclusive service per annum to comply with industry standards (2 x per annum for fire alarms)

  • Service Report- Advanced detailed service report provided with Premium Plan.

  • Asset Report - Full system asset report provided with Premium Plan.

  • Unlimited Telephone Support - 365/24/7 - Access our support any time of day or night

  • Telephone Support Response - Within 1 hour by qualified technician

  • Twelve call-out visits per annum - 8 hour response to site 365/24/7

  • Unlimited on-site diagnostic/fault finding/repairs - All labour included per inclusive call-out visit

  • Materials Included - All serviceable consumables are included at no extra cost

  • Dedicated Account Manager - Single point of contact, a dedicated account manager will be assigned to your account.

    Prices start from £70 per month per system


Bespoke

We also offer fully customisable bespoke service plans for those customers who have unique requirements.

This may include elements such as;

  • Office locations outside of the standard coverage area of 50 mile radius from our Maldon offices in Essex.

  • Multiple site locations which require support.

  • Require equipment replacement within the service agreement.
